What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with a trained crew, necessary safety gear, fuel, and light refreshments. What's included can vary depending on the service — for instance, evening cruises come with premium drinks and light snacks, while business charters come with amenities for meetings and options for corporate catering.
When should I make my reservation?
To secure your preferred date, we advise booking 2–3 weeks prior to your event, with a longer lead time of 4–6 weeks during the busy season, which runs from May through September. This is also advised for large gatherings or business events to ensure better availability and allows for personalized arrangements.
What if the weather turns bad?
Our top concern is your safety. Should the captain determine weather conditions are hazardous, we will suggest an alternative date for your charter or issue a full refund. We keep a close eye on weather forecasts and will inform you 24 hours ahead of your scheduled departure if there are any concerns.
May I bring my own food and refreshments?
Certainly, you're permitted to bring your own provisions. On the other hand, we provide excellent catering options and can tailor menus to suit your tastes. Please be aware that for safety, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Are your yachts suitable for guests with mobility issues?
We endeavor to make our services accessible to everyone. Our fleet includes vessels with various accessibility options. To ensure the most appropriate yacht and accommodations are arranged, please get in touch during the booking process to discuss any special requirements.
What's your policy on cancellations?
Should you cancel your booking more than 72 hours prior to departure, you will be issued a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours prior are subject to a 50% refund. Any cancellations made within the 24-hour window leading up to the departure are not eligible for a refund, except in the case of unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues on our part.
